the location was great because it was centrally located. my room was fantastic and the staff was great at turning it every day. the front desk was helpful at providing recommendations of things to do around town, it was appreciated.
the bathroom was not clean when i arrived. i see pubic hair all over some towels. the room itself is quite small and there is not airflow so the room gets stuffy very quick, even with the ac on. i don't like that.

The location was central, near major attractions, the staff, especially valentina, were genuinely kind and helpful. She offered excellent restaurant recommendations. The spacious room. breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of food to start the day! the comfy bed was lovely.

The location was special. trevi fountain was just steps away. I saw it often. i really liked the fresh breakfast each morning in the cozy breakfast room.
my room was a bit small, and i had some trouble with the shower. the water pressure was inconsistent. it made showering a little difficult after a long day of walking around.

Staff assisted with early check in. This was very helpful. they responded quickly to requests. breakfast service started early and had enough variety. they stored my luggage after checkout. This allowed for more sightseeing.

The location was PERFECT. It was right next to the Trevi Fountain and many restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival at the hotel. Our room was clean, and breakfast WAS very good.

The Superior Double Room featured windows opened for fresh air, a great SIZE for luggage, and quiet surroundings. A comfortable bed and pillows promoted rest, and air conditioning allowed temperature adjustment. Windows also reduced street noise.

This hotel provided very close access to buses, and the Metro system for convenient exploration. Numerous gelato shops and restaurants were within SECONDS of the hotel. The Trevi Fountain could be seen close by.

The breakfast included MANY options, all beautifully displayed and very tasty, though some items had an extra cost. The breakfast staff was attentive, and they offered takeaway options for early departures. A Tuscan restaurant sat just beside the hotel.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues

I found some aspects less than satisfactory. The room lacked proper soundproofing, a significant drawback considering the central location. Street noise was pervasive. the air conditioning was weak, and it struggled to cool the room effectively, a problem given the warm weather. The shower design was also poor. It lacked a full enclosure. This resulted in water spillage onto the bathroom floor.
