great location central location fantastic room helpful front desk dirty bathroom unclean bathroom small room stuffy room
the location was great because it was centrally located. my room was fantastic and the staff was great at turning it every day. the front desk was helpful at providing recommendations of things to do around town, it was appreciated.
the bathroom was not clean when i arrived. i see pubic hair all over some towels. the room itself is quite small and there is not airflow so the room gets stuffy very quick, even with the ac on. i don't like that.

The location was central, near major attractions, the staff, especially valentina, were genuinely kind and helpful. She offered excellent restaurant recommendations. The spacious room. breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of food to start the day! the comfy bed was lovely.

The hotel is central, with easy access to the trevi fountain. Dining and shopping are conveniently nearby. i walked to the spanish steps and pantheon from the hotel. The proximity to sites made exploration easy.

right by the fountain!

The location was special. trevi fountain was just steps away. I saw it often. the staff helped me with my bags since there is no elevator. i really liked the fresh breakfast each morning in the cozy breakfast room.
my room was a bit small, and i had some trouble with the shower. the water pressure was inconsistent. it made showering a little difficult after a long day of walking around.

Staff assisted with early check in. This was very helpful. they responded quickly to requests. breakfast service started early and had enough variety. they stored my luggage after checkout. This allowed for more sightseeing.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues
pervasive noise weak air conditioning
I found some aspects less than satisfactory. The room lacked proper soundproofing, a significant drawback considering the central location. Street noise was pervasive. the air conditioning was weak, and it struggled to cool the room effectively, a problem given the warm weather. The shower design was also poor. It lacked a full enclosure. This resulted in water spillage onto the bathroom floor.
